Rubeela Farooqi is Director of U.S. Economics at Action Economics, LLC. She is responsible for forecasting and analyzing the U.S. macro economy. Prior to joining Action Economics, Rubeela was a Senior Economist at Stone McCarthy Research Associates where she worked on the U.S. outlook, identifying underlying themes and trends in the U.S. economy which helped form the firm's Fed outlook. Rubeela is a former board member of the Money Marketeers of NYU. She started her career at Citibank as an economist and holds an M.A. in economics from New York University.
